This photo was nominated as one of ten finalists for Landslaget for lokalaviser (LLA)’s photo competition.
The competition was for photographs connected to local newspapers all over Norway in 2018. All journalists/photographers could nominate their published works.
This photo was taken while documenting a local and very informal all-year swimming group. The water is barely above freezing point as the swimmers emerge themselves.
this was the jury’s verdict:
